I Heart Faces: SMILE

This week the photo challenge is "smile" over at I Heart Faces.  The picture I am submitting is of my daughter Sara.  These were part of her 7 years portraits.  The best way I find to get a real smile out of kids is to tell them "Don't smile!"  or "I bet I can not smile longer than you!"  Gets a real genuine smile every time.  In this portrait she is covering her smile so I don't see her but I love it anyway.  It has a certain vulnerability to it and that is part of the magic of photography.  Thanks for checking my post out!  To see others head on over to: I Heart Faces.
