I Heart Faces FIF #74

I missed last Friday's Fix it Friday as I was at the hospital with my dad.  I would so love a laptop to pass the time.  Seems like I will be spending a lot of time there in the near future.  I also wanted to thank everyone for their continued love, support and prayers during this difficult time. http://erpeer71.blogspot.com/2010/10/stage-4-adenocarcinoma-pancreas.html  It means a lot to me.  Editing pictures really helps me to zone out and get my mind of more serious things so it is a welcomed reprieve for me.

This weeks picture is of a beautiful little girl in a pumpkin patch.  She is absolutely adorable.

My steps for editing were as follows:
Opened in Photoshop
Selective lightening on the face
curves adjustment to get the colors correct
ran paint the moon warm sweetness action to warm it up some
sharpened the image
applied a texture by Jessica Drossin (golden child) at 35%
flattened and saved as jpeg
sharpened for web
Then I ran my own black and white action on my finished color image
